Employee Health Requirements for Medical Staff
Barton Health practitioners are required to comply with the State of California immunization and vaccination requirements for healthcare workers. Appointments must be scheduled at least three weeks prior to your anticipated start date.
Additionally, practitioners must provide Barton Employee Health with health status documentation including:
- Immunization records (influenza or declination, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B), hepatitis B titer, or titers
- Copies of any PPD or Quantiferon tests done within the last 12 months
- If TB positive, copies of any chest x-ray reports done within the last 12 months
- Proof of TDAP vaccine or declination
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or declination
