Certified Nursing Assistant Program
The two month Certified Nursing Assistant Program prepares students to perform a variety of clinical duties in various Skilled Nursing Facility environments. Completion of the program provides eligibility to take the nursing assistant certifying examination that is approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). Health Care Career Observership (HCCO)
This program is offered July 2022 and is now accepting applications. HCCO is open to high school and college students, aged 16 or older, who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Students shadow multiple clinical departments and learn about a wide array of medical careers. Additional HCCO information and application. Community Partnerships
We partner with Lake Tahoe Community College and support their Allied Health Programs, offering classes such as Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Medical Office Assistant, and Phlebotomy.
